With a career spanning short-term rental industry and hospitality giants, and also with various boutique companies in high-demand markets such as Panama City Beach, the Sun Coast in Florida and Nashville, Tennessee, Michael saw firsthand what most property managers get wrong: Standardization. In a partnership with two private equity investors, Michael built Uncharted Vacations—a boutique brand born from operational depth, fueled by passion, and driven by the desire to offer both property owners and guests something different.
